Earn a Talk2ListenTM Survey Interviewing Certificate by successfully completing the assessment (Green Package), including doing and recording live interviews and submitting the recordings for assessment, to prove that you have what it takes to be a professional survey interviewer, and so that you can apply to join the Talk2ListenTM Community (TLC) and become a Talk2ListenTM Survey Interviewer

Join the Talk2ListenTM Community (TLC), a safe, online space where Talk2ListenTM Survey Interviewers (TSIs, for short) can meet and support each other, find and share work, and stay up to date with skills and industry trends; to remain a member of the TLC , you will have to continue to learn, be rated as a top performer by your clients and participants, and never cheat or behave unethically while doing interviews
Although it is not an entry requirement, the programme design assumes you have successfully completed secondary school and that you read, write, and speak English fluently. You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the programme.
